Spud’s Thoughts:

I can’t speak more highly about the team that runs Watson. If you are young, have an idea for a project, and are wrestling with whether you should pursue the college path – this program is for you! I’ve met a bunch of the Watson Scholars over the year and each one of them seems to have an amazing experience during their semester in Boulder (which is another huge plus – spending a few months at the foothills of the rookies is quite the spot to call home throughout your time at Watson). The selection process is competitive but don’t let that stop you from applying. The other cool thing is that you can get your degree entirely by going through the Watson model. Or, you can choose to complement your studies at an existing institution or through online courses if you just want a taste of what Watson can offer. Either way, you’re guaranteed to have an incredible experience!
