Overview

Overview:

We amplify voices and visions of faith and moral courage. We convene diverse leaders and cross-sector organizations for generative collaboration and multifaith understanding. And we research what’s working — and not — in theological education and social change-making.

The Senior Fellows program brings together some of today’s top leaders: Fresh voices who bring justice-centered faith into the public square to help meet, head-on, today’s most pressing challenges — from race and equality to religion and politics, and beyond. They are an unprecedented cohort of changemakers brought together as Auburn Senior Fellows.

Who are other faith-rooted justice leaders that you’d like to see Auburn support? Let us know about them here.

Additionally, Auburn connects you to lots of trainings and convenings. Learning is at the heart of Auburn’s mission. Leaders, institutions and communities turn to us as trainers, conveners, consultants, and facilitators. They come to Auburn to learn skills for making change, strengthen their faith-rooted communications, evaluate programs, facilitate high stakes gatherings, and find solutions to leadership challenges.

Spud’s Thoughts:

I’ve been really interested lately in the role that faith leaders play in shaping the narrative of our times. I’m a big believer that certain people are called to raise prophetic voices and this is a group that is certainly doing that. I’ve included this group on the list mostly because they are a helpful way to tap into that new story emerging in our country – particularly from a faith perspective. If you follow their work – and the fellows they support – you will begin to tune in to that new story.

But the other part I love about their site is if you click on LEARN, you’ll see a wide range of trainings and convenings they offer which are pretty fantastic. Take some time to look through them all!
